Companions That Care caregiver helps individuals travel independently, access their community when other options are unavailable, and build skills and confidence. We provide an alternative option for transportation, allowing customers to participate fully in their community.

Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement (SIL)

Shared Living Arrangement is a service that aims to improve the quality of life and social inclusion of individuals with disabilities. Nursing professionals play an essential role in this service by supporting participants. Participants can access necessary care while engaging in community activities by sharing housing, utilities, and support staff.

Innovative Community Participation

We assist participants in acquiring the skills necessary for active community engagement. We emphasise life skills and development activities to increase their independence. We will help you identify and connect with community organisations that offer your favourite activities.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

Household Tasks

At Companion's That Care, we offer household help for disabled individuals, which includes basic cleaning in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and toilets. We care for all the needs and domestic activities that participants cannot independently.

Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities

Management of Funding for Support in Participants' Plans

Vision Equipment

Companions That care provides various services for individuals with impaired vision who are eligible for assistance. We provide setup and training for equipment and aids to support the individual's daily activities

Hearing Equipment
